In the end, some of the best time was spent simply on the roof overlooking it all. It was nice to take it easy and just relax out in nature, even if that "nature" was several stories above the ground, watching planes and spotlights in the sky.
Not to discount the awesome time I had with the band, of course! They really should be looked into by anyone reading this who hasn't heard of them yet. I linked them earlier in this post. It's too bad nothing can compare to their live shows. They are more amazing in-person than I ever expected.
The two weeks I spent seemed to fly by, but even while I was flying home, myself, I couldn't help but keep my camera ready. I actually got a shot that I submitted to the Weather Channel because it amazed me so much. (Thanks Dad for the suggestion!)
There's lots more pictures to explore, so feel free to check them out, comment, link, favorite, collect, etc. I'd also like to note that if anyone would like to use any of my pictures for projects of any sort, just send me a note asking for permission. I'll likely be happy to give it. That's all for now, folks. Have a great day, everyone!

On a day like this, the place deep in my heart that I usually don't show to anyone slightly hurts.
Its a pain that I usually pretend doesn't exist.
